Judging by your wonderful comments on my last post - [insert coy/ shy "oh you guys" emoji here] - you're as much of a basics/key pieces fan as I am. So many of you lovely readers agreed that basing your wardrobe around must have items made of beautiful quality material and with a classic shape/cut that will forever be stylish was the way forward in nailing Autumn fashion .... which is why I am so pleased to bring you part 2 of my Autumn must haves in collaboration with Fat Face today.

Put your slippers on, grab a hot chocolate and prepare for some serious Autumnal cosiness because ladies (and gents..), we're off to the countryside!

The Classic Parka - The first must have from my countryside edit (and possibly my favourite, shhh, don't tell the others...) is the parka and I have to say, I really, really love it. This Fat Face variety is by far the best I've found so far for many reasons. I love that it's slightly longer so that is sits low enough to really keep you warm, avoiding any drafts. (As unsexy/first world problems as it sounds, we all know this is beyond annoying right?) I love the faux fur hood that completely adds to the cosiness of the parka - also adding a little chic [insert sassy hand emoji here] - and I absolutely love that it has a removable body warmer meaning you're able to adjust depending on the weather. The perfect Parka and the perfect cosy coat to keep you warm - and chic - all Autumn/Winter long.

From the very first time I spotted the woven knit jumper on the Fat face website, I always really liked it. I loved the navy tone with the combination of the skirt effect piece at the bottom. I just always thought it would make a good addition to my wardrobe. However after actually receiving and wearing it, this is without  doubt one of my favourite pieces of the entire 10 must haves. This is the softest knit jumper making it so cozy and beautiful to wear, but it's also a really flattering fit... not tight enough to show any bulges - let's be serious, by that I mean Indian takeaway baby - but also not too oversized that it swamps you/makes you look like ten tonne tessy. It's just an amazing basic, that goes perfectly with jeans (especially these jeggings that I fan girled over featured in my previous post) but would also look fab paired with a denim skirt for a dressier vibe.

- The perfect Chelsea boot -

So these are the absolute beauties that I teased you with in the last post. They are what I like to call my bae the perfect chelsea boot because... well, quite simply because they just are the perfect chelsea boot (I'm a does what it says on the tin kinda girl). I have a lot of chelsea boots as they just go with absolutely everything, but there is just something about this tan, elasticated pair, with the perfect heel height that I have fallen in love with. They have that perfect countryside vibe, but what I love is that paired with a leather trouser and smart blazer, they also make the perfect "city" smart casual look.

- The Chunky knit hoodie -

I sit here writing this post at home. I've just finished filming a video - in which I have to look slightly more presentable/dressy than my usual slob dressed down work from home self - and immediately whipped out this gorgeous chunky knit from my wardrobe so I can finish the rest of my day as cozy as can possibly be. Because that's exactly how this makes me feel. It is the perfect hoodie for wearing over pyjamas/lounge wear... but it is also the perfect accompaniment for those Sunday walks in the country. I absolutely love the ivory colour as it fits seamlessly into my neutral/monochrome wardrobe, and the hoody just adds that cool, effortless vibe. An absolute essential for anybody that values comfort as well as style. This will also no doubt me my number 1 companion on my travels throughout November.
- The Froyle T-shirt -

Anyone that knows me will know that I am that person that is always in a rush. No matter how early I get up or how much time I leave myself, the mad "throw everything out onto the bed" dash always happens. So any item of clothing that is easily thrown on but looks amazing is *insert Cheryl accent here* right up my street. This Fat Face Froyle t-shirt does exactly that because it's so much more than a t-shirt. A gorgeous, stunningly made ivory long sleeved top, with the most beautiful detailing on the front. It's subtle, but it's enough to look a little special. Paired with jeans and chelsea boots it makes the perfect slightly dressier casual outfit. Paired with a nice skirt and heels and you have a lovely - but effortless - dressier look. A gorgeous addition to anyone's wardrobe.
So that brings this post, and my Must haves collaboration with Fat Face to an end and I really hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I did putting together. This feature made me realise that sometimes the best outfits don't always come from the jazziest, brightest, most extravagant clothing. Sometimes - and more often than not for me - the best outfits come from combining key pieces that work with anything and everything, which is exactly what all 10 pieces featured here and in Part 1 do.

As always, thank you so much for reading. I hope you enjoyed this post!

xx
