When I think of Shoreditch, the one word that immediately comes to mind is cool. And maybe that's why I don't frequent it very often because I think we're all very aware that behind the Instagram filters and DSLR photography, I am anything but cool. However, after many "what is life?", "what am I doing with life?" "Am I doing enough in life?" chats - i.e my over thinking mind getting the best of me as it always frickin does - talks of new projects arose and a week back I found myself shooting in Shoreditch and taking part in a project which I am beyond excited about. It also means working alongside my other half - the last time we did this was on "the only way is Essex" where we spent most of our time keeping Arg and Diags on a tight leesh - so it's nice to be working together again on a subject we both love. London, Travel, Photography and life.
As the aforementioned other half - we're all friends here so let's just call him Dan shall we? I bloody hate 'boyf'/'fiance' etc. and you have full permission to punch me in the face if I ever refer to him as D - was with me, I thought I'd make the most of having our cameras and my resident photographer to hand and got him to snap a couple of outfit pics. Hence the ridiculously dull/casual outfit and just washed "Hi I'm a Hagrid impersonator" hair.

Now that I'm done with fannying around in front of the camera, it's time to go back to my real passion which is being behind it. I mentioned on Instagram - you can follow me here if you fancy #ShamelessPlug - that I was working on a really exciting project and I really can't wait to share that with you.
So that brings me to the end of my little "Shoreditch shoots" posts (which we all know was used purely for the alliteration satisfaction). I must say, this was one of my favourite days in a long time. I love full time blogging but I do occasionally miss shooting so it was good to play "professional producer" Elle (rather than eat, sleep, blog, repeat Elle) for a day ;)
