There are so many incredible things about blogging, but for me, the best thing will always be that I get to write whatever I want, whenever I want about whatever I want. (Just so we're clear, I am not being sponsored to overuse the word "want" as much as humanly possible) It's very closely followed by the photography aspect, the meeting other bloggers, the working with some of my favourite brands... but writing will always be my baby.
As soon as I received the products in the spotlight today, I've been
so excited to write about them ever since. Today's post features
the most gorgeous pair of gladiator sandals which alongside these boots
here, have not left my feet. (Can you tell that I'm a
massive control freak and like to have a warm weather/cold weather option daily?).
The second item comes courtesy of Rodial and is a product that I've lusted over for
years. It's their glamstick in the colour Bite, and let me tell you that those years of dreaming - but being too much of a tight arse to
actually purchase - were so, so worth. Enough waffle, let's get cracking with the reviews...
Dress that I'm pretty sure shrunk in the wash because damn that shiz is short: New Look
Bag: Primark, so many years old.
Linzi Delilah High Leg Gladiator sandal in Tan nappa* - So, let's talk about these sandals. For a start, from the
20bajillion million trillion umpteen amount of images of these, you can tell that I am
seriously in love with them. Gladiator sandals are one of those love/hate items and evidently, I have
all the love in the world for them. They fit really well around my funky shaped legs, they're comfortable, they go with
every spring/summer dress I own and just give you that cool, festival, boho vibe which I
love. Also big love for Linzi because if you follow me on
Twitter/
Instagram/wherever the hell I can waffle on forever, then you'll know that I was/at the time of writing this, still am, featured on the homepage of their website. I mean, I can die happy now, right?...
#WindyDayProblems
Rodial Glamstick in Bite - I mentioned this lipstick in both of these previous posts
here &
here #MajorFanGirl but it really is
totally stunning. A
very moisturising lipstick - well, it's actually a tinted lip butter which explains the boost of hydration - that packs
the biggest punch of pigment and colour. The colour itself is a gorgeous, natural, nude pink colour that I personally feel is the perfect colour for me (I
am all about nude lips though). So if you're in the market for a stunning nude pink that's extremely moisturising with that touch of luxury
and a beautiful coconut scent... this is your guy.
Well,
lipstick anyway
;)
So, that brings me to the end of this post. As much as I love big/huge/"go hard or go home" raves, it's also nice to just bring it back to basics sometimes and a talk about just a couple of my favourite things right now. And that's exactly what I did today.
I would love to know what your thoughts on gladiator sandals are? And which lipstick are you loving right now? I would love to hear your thoughts :)
As always, thank you so much for reading. I hope you enjoyed this post!
xx
